Treatment Approach
I am trained in various therapeutic approaches, however I work primarily from a solution-focused approach, as it is an evidence-based, and strength-based approach that is collaborative, efficient, and is an effective form of treatment for a wide variety of behavioural and psychological conditions.
It is my honor and mission to help my clients move passed what’s blocking them from reaching their full potential individually, and in their relationships.
